Dana Augustin just wrapped her role as a jury member for the Aerial Competition at the 14th WCAAF — and before heading home, she’s opening one final training session for local aerialists. This is a rare chance to train directly with an internationally recognized coach and competition judge, whose method blends anatomical precision, structured progressions, and efficient conditioning for faster, safer, long-term progress.
What You’ll Work On:
Micro-Movement Warm-Up — activating deep muscles and preparing the body intelligently for technical work
Aerial Silks Technique — focused technical drills with clear progressions and detailed alignment cues
Roll-Ups & Hip Movement — refining control through the transitions that make or break a sequence
Dynamic Movement Pathways — building fluidity and flow between positions
Back Flag Technique — precision cueing for one of silks’ most demanding shapes
Program content may be adjusted based on group level on the day.
This workshop is built for aerialists ready to move beyond basics — refining technique, building real strength, and training with the kind of control and confidence that comes from working with a world-class coach.
